HADIS. About divine tests and ordeals.

 On behalf of Imam Ali (a): “Truly, the prophets, more than any other people, undergo divine tests and ordeals. Then there go their nominees and successors and further go the best and the best ones (according to the degree of their righteousness). Indeed, a true believer undergoes the divine tests and ordeals in accordance with the degree of his good deeds. For, a man who is a true believer and a righteous one, undergoes the tests, which are harder and more serious. Because the Most High did not designate this world as the place of reward for the righteous and of punishment for apostates. So, the one whose faith is scarce and whose mind is week will undergo slight tests. And truly, the tests and ordeals for a righteous muttegi are harder than a downpour striking the earth surface”.

Oh, my Allah! Favor us with the good of further following the glorious path of the Holiest Prophet (s) and of his Ahli-Beit (a)!

Oh, my Allah! Send upon us the happiness of getting out of the tests and ordeals in a worthy way!

Oh, my Allah! Reward us with the fortitude regarding the existential difficulties, which are, truly, the nice components of objective reality!

Oh, my Allah! Speed up the holy advent of the 12 th Imam - Mehdi Sahib-ez-zaman and guard the followers of Your nominee from the evil and machinations characterizing the period before the Apocalypse!

This year, with regard to the 12 th anniversary of liberation of “Juma” mosque, the religious community hereby arranges the contest for the following nominations:

Last week the leading coordinator of DEVAMM Ilgar Ibrahimoglu congratulated the leading representatives of mass media on the Press Day. He wished them great success in establishment of the really civil society.

On the 28 th July in Baku press club there was held the meeting of the editors-in-chief of a number of the leading mass media and of the heads of the human rights organizations. The subject of the meeting was the alarming situation regarding the safety of journalists. The participants of the meeting made a decision to form the relevant Organizing Committee so that to eliminate the critical situation in this field. The leading coordinator of DEVAMM, the Secretary General of IRLA Azerbaijan Chapter I.Ibrahimoglu also became the member of the above Organizing Committee.

Information of the press service of Azerbaijan regional support group for the candidacy of Ilgar Ibrahimoglu for the position of the UN special reporter on the religious freedom:

The candidate for the position of the UN special reporter on the worldwide religious freedom Ilgar Ibrahimoglu has made the decision to withdraw his candidacy in favor of the candidate from Pakistan Ms.Jahangir.

He stated that he had taken this decision because of the situation in the country. In the statement with this regard he in particular said: “The difficult situation in the country concerning the freedom of conscience and religion, and especially, the condition related to the religious community “Juma Mosque” makes my departure from the country impossible. Whatever honorable it is to represent my country in such an influential organization as the UN and at the same time whatever important it is for me to direct my scientific potential and the practical knowledge to development of the religious freedom in the world, however, taking into account the extremely critical situation regarding the establishment of the civil society in the country, I have made a decision to withdraw my candidacy in favor of the candidate from Pakistan – Ms.Jahangir. I cannot leave thousands of believing sisters and brothers at such hard time of ordeals. ”

Azerbaijan regional support group has already informed of the made decision the international human rights organizations, which nominated the candidacy of Ilgar Ibrahimoglu for the position of the UN special reporter. Having expressed their regret concerning the made decision and at the same time, taking into account the serious nature of the situation, they treated the choice of I.Ibrahimoglu with understanding.

In its turn, Azerbaijan regional support group hereby expresses the deep gratitude to all the democratic entities especially to the mass media for their constructive position in respect of the support of Ilgar Ibrahimoglu’s candidacy.
