HADIS. About Radjab month.
On behalf of the Holiest Prophet (s) of Islam: “The one who during Radjab month utters for 100 times: “astahfirullahal – lazi la ilaha illa huva vahdahu la sharika lahu va atubu ilayh” and completes his prayer with alms, will be rewarded with mercy and forgiveness from the Most High. And the one who utters this for 400 times will gain savab equal to savab of 100 shehids.”

Actions of Radjab month:

On the night of the 15th of Radjab it is welcomed to make 12-rakat namaz (prayer) with the hope for acceptance;
On the 15th of Radjab month it is welcomed to make a gusl (full washing of a whole body), to observe orudj (fasting) and to read ziyaratname (greeting) to Imam Hussein (a).

Zikr.
During Radjab month it is welcomed to utter for lots of time the following zikr:

HADIS. About how to protect oneself from troubles during a day.
Imam Ali (a), addressing one of his closest supporters – Kumeil ibn Ziyad, said: “Oh, Kumeil! (If you want to protect yourself from troubles, then) every day: 1) Remember the name of Allah; 2) Say “La havla va la guvvata illa billah” / There is no other power and might but that of the Most High Allah’s/; 3) make the tavakkul to Allah / reassign yourself to the care of Allah/; 5) Do not forget, remember us / that is Ahli-Beit (a)/; 6) Send us salavat (greeting); 7) Hope for mercy of Allah and for tavassul /intercession/ of Ahli-Beit (a); 8) Always repeat those points for yourself, for your children and for those who are under your care. By repeating the above, with the help of Allah, you will protect yourself from troubles of this day”.

CONTEST.
The 25th August 1992 is the day of liberation of “Juma” mosque. The religious community «Juma Mosque» annually celebrates this good date in a special way. This year, with regard to the 12th anniversary of liberation of “Juma” mosque, the religious community declares the contest for the following nominations:
1) The best picture; 2) The best work of children’s art; 3) The best photograph; 4) The best poem; 5) The best story; 6) The best surud (Islamic music); 7) The best paragraph for a newspaper column; 8) The best analytical material.

STATEMENT
of “Juma” mosque religious community regarding the tragic situation taking place around the Muslim shrines and scientific academies in Iraq.

“Juma” mosque religious community hereby expresses its serious concern and alarm with regard to the tragic situation, taking place around the Muslim shrines and scientific academies in Iraq. Today there is a serious and real threat towards the historical scientific cultural center – the city of Nadjaf. Besides, we think it is necessary to note that the Muslim shrines situated in Iraq, especially in the cities Nadjaf, Kerbala, Samirra and Kazimein are the places of pilgrimage for the Muslims of the whole world because these are the places preserving the spiritual heritage of the Purest and Holy Imams – the direct descendants of the Holiest Prophet of Islam. Moreover, for centuries these cities have been not only historical spiritual centers but also the centers of fundamental scientific Islamic academies of the whole Muslim world.
“Juma” mosque religious community thinks that no reasons and no circumstances can be arguments and a cause for creation and support of such a tragic situation.
In the present world, which strives for the dialog and understanding between civilizations, such an attitude towards the Muslim shrines and scientific academies cannot be justified in any way. For a clearer example, just imagine the situation that instead of Nadjaf city, there is a threat to the shrines of other world religions, in particular, to Vatican. What would be the reaction of the whole progressive mankind, in particular, that of the Christians?!
“Juma” mosque religious community considers the current events in Iraq as an unprecedented mockery over the religious feelings of the worldwide Muslims.
“Juma” mosque religious community calls for the whole progressive world community to condemn such disgrace and to speak up in protection of the Muslim shrines and scientific academies in Iraq which are the integral part of the worldwide culture and civilization common to the whole mankind. It also demands that any destructive actions in respect of the Muslim shrines and scientific academies be immediately stopped.
