This program started in May 2003. These two organizations, the religious community "Juma" mosque and "Islam Ittihad" Society, for a long time struggle against the calamity of mankind, which are drug addiction and alcoholism that destroy people's physiology, psychology and social life. Because of the need in organizing a fundamental struggle, both organizations decided to establish a new program. At this program there are provided debate and a conference, effective propaganda with MASS-MEDIA.
